If your Spacia floor should wear out within 15 years of normal foot traffic, we will offer compensation on the following scale: 100% of product cost in years 1-3, 75% of product cost in years 4-6, 50% of product cost in years 7-10 and 25% of product costs in years 11-15. Wear-out means the removal of pattern and colour from the floor.
The floor must have been installed in accordance with our installation instructions (including our recommended adhesives) and the registration form completed.
